Packaging : Please return items in their original packaging, including any accessories or promotional items received with the purchase.

Return Process
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@nawy.my or +6016 666 9650 to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Shipping : Once approved, package the items securely and use the provided return label to ship them back. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds : Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Exchange Process
Request an Exchange: Contact us with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
Replacement Shipping : Once the original item is received, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
Upcharges/Differences: Any price differences for exchanged items will be communicated and processed during the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
